Mine started coming apart after just a short time, and I wasn’t even using it heavily. I thought it would hold up a lot better, especially for the price. Disappointing, and I kind of regret buying it.

I had to send something back, and to be fair, the refund did eventually come through. But this is where it got annoying: it took longer than I thought it would, so I kept checking my account and wondering if I needed to follow up again.

Customer service did get back to me after a little while, and everything was sorted in the end. I’d probably order from them again, but I definitely hope the refund process is quicker next time.

The color I got looked nothing like the photos on the website. It gave me that no-real-person-there feeling, like the listing just wasn’t checked closely before being posted.

The delivery came when they said, which was nice. No big problems or anything, just reliable it was, and that’s really all I needed.

i mean, everything I ordered from Harrow Sports showed up exactly how I picked it. The sizes, colors, and items were all right, so no complaints there. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would buy from them again.

The site works, but the overall style feels a bit outdated to me!! It kind of has an older look, and I think a more modern design would make the experience feel way better

My order arrived in a super flimsy box with barely any padding inside. The outside was all crushed, and everything looked like it had just been thrown around during shipping. nOT what I expected at all. They definitely need to put way more care into the packaging.

The bag seems sturdy overall, and it’s been mostly fine so far. After a few weeks, though, some of the stitching started looking kind of loose in a couple spots. It’s not terrible or anything, I just thought it would be a little better for what it cost.

I had a discount code and was half expecting it to be one of those codes that randomly doesn’t apply at checkout, but it worked fine, no drama. The prices were actually better than I thought they’d be too, especially after I’d been poking around a few other sports sites and comparing stuff. The only thing that bugged me a little was that a couple items I wanted weren’t included in the promo, which is always kind of annoying when you think you’re about to get the deal on everything. It kind of makes you wonder if they’re more interested in getting the sale first and sorting out the details later. They really need to keep their inventory updated better

Ive been wearing it and it fits well overall. It was a little tight at first, but once I had it on for a bit it felt comfy enough

I ordered a Harrow racket and it arrived totally fine, so no complaints on shipping or anything like that. First couple times using it, it actually felt good and I thought I’d made a solid choice.
Then, of course, right when I was starting to play more regularly, the grip began slipping and the frame started feeling kind of dead after just a few games. Maybe it was just bad timing on my end, but for the price I really expected it to hold up better. Not the worst racket ever, just a disappointing experience overall.

The grip feels really secure, and it’s easy to handle once you get the feel for it. It did take me a little bit to get used to, but i’m happy with it overall.
